FAQ's

How can I order? Purchase orders can be faxed to 612-379-9220, emailed to sales@raymondproducts.com, credit card orders can be placed online or phoned in to 612-331-5400 or 800-328-5443.







What is your shipping policy? F.O.B. Minneapolis, freight is prepaid and added to the invoice with a 10% handling charge. We will use the most expedient and cost effective shipping method available. Some items can be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or DHL, others need to be shipped by truck.







How soon can you ship? Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.







What is your warranty?

Raymond Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the normal useful life of the item. Misuse or abuse is not covered.









What is your return policy? Raymond Products does not accept returns without prior authorization. Returned product must be shipped freight prepaid, and a 20% handling charge may be assessed.







How do I order replacement parts? Call our customer service department or order online.







Where can I find specific dimensions for products? They are available in our catalog, which you can download from this website.







Do you custom manufacture products? We are very interested in custom manufacturing opportunities if the volume is sufficient. Please contact us for details.







Are your products made in the USA? Raymond Products are manufactured in our plant in Minneapolis, MN. Some components may be imported. Some items we distribute, such as chairs and clocks, may be made in other countries.







Do you accept credit cards? We accept all major credit cards.







Do you accept PayPal? No.
