Shipping
Products are shipped F.O.B. Minneapolis, MN. Freight charges are added to the invoice. We will use the most expedient and cost effective shipping method available. Some items can be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or DHL; others need to be shipped via truck.
Once orders are confirmed, most items can be shipped from stock within 2 business days, and can be delivered within 10 business days.
Notice: All orders shipped to other than the lower 48 states must be called in for an accurate shipping quote. This includes all international orders.
Cancellation
Raymond Products will accept cancellation of an order placed, prior to shipment of the order. Once the order has shipped it acquires “Return” status. Returned goods must have prior authorization. Returns must be freight pre-paid and are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Returns
Customer has 30 days in which to return merchandise.
Merchandise must be in "like new" condition.
Customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customer will pay for the freight charges on the return.
